Preston Ingalls is the President and CEO of TBR Strategies.
Mr. Ingalls is an experienced maintenance and reliability consultant. Over the last thirty-three years, he has analyzed, designed and implemented numerous
organizational improvement projects and change efforts for companies such as Shell, Lever Brothers, Lockheed, Mobil Chemical, Chesebrough-Ponds, Bayer, Monsanto,
Pillsbury, Corning, and Texas Instruments. In the last five years Preston has worked exclusively with construction companies and oil and gas producers.
In 2003 and 2004, he led maintenance improvement (Total Process Reliability) efforts across seven countries for Shell Exploration and Production. During his
career, he held the positions of millwright, manufacturing engineer, engineering manager, director of training, and internal change agent and human resources manager.
Early in his career, he led several maintenance departments by serving as maintenance engineer, maintenance supervisor and maintenance manager. In addition to
implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Process Reliability (TPR) in over 220 operations, he has served as a technical advisor for total quality
management, statistical process control, workflow improvement, set-up time reduction, and other world class improvement efforts.
As a professional trainer, he has conducted over 160 public seminars and 375 in-house seminars as well as numerous training courses for senior executives,
managers, supervisors, and hourly personnel in ten countries ranging from Europe to Asia to the Middle East. He is a certified facilitator/instructor for Balanced
Scorecard Strategic Planning and has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Virginia and North Carolina State University. Preston has published many
articles in various trade publications and authored numerous training manuals in the maintenance field.
Mr. Ingalls holds an AAS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, a BS degree in Engineering Operations, and a Master’s degree in Organizational

Billie Hester - TPR Consultant for TBR Strategies.
Having served in positions ranging from equipment operator to Chief Operating Officer, Billie Hester has a wide-range of experience - ‘walking in the
other person’s shoes’. He has the insight and background to help organizations shorten their learning cycle while on the path to improving
operational efficiencies.
With over sixteen years experience in operations, quality, and maintenance, Billie has developed diverse continuous improvement facilitation skills. During
his tenure at a high volume pharmaceutical plant, he progressed through practically the entire value steam of the organization. His background includes an in-depth
experience in manufacturing, maintenance, projects, and quality assurance. This cross-functional knowledge base has given Billie the ability to comprehend the
big picture. Also, it has provided him a broad range of tools and techniques essential to influencing the systems required to support overall organizational
success.
For the last nine years, Billie has been completely focused on continuous improvement. During that time he has facilitated the implementation of
turn-key processes as well as developed numerous custom systems to include Teaming, Autonomous Maintenance, CMMS Administration, Asset Management, Training,
Scheduling, Process Mapping, 5S, SMED, and other LEAN tools. He has led and been involved in the facilitation of over 50 TPM & Lean Kaizen Blitz
events. Billie was also responsible for developing numerous continuous improvement advocates and champions.
While serving as an internal change agent within one of the world’s leading healthcare conglomerates, Billie assisted in the start-ups of several
facilities in their continuous improvement journey. These start-ups ranged from discrete and process operations to delicate nuclear medical producing
facilities.
He has formal training in Total Productive Manufacturing and received his LEAN Certification through the University of Kentucky. Billie also has worked
with and aided in the application of other continuous improvement tools to include Six Sigma, Kepner Tregoe, and QA7 Auditing.

Robert C. Autry, Jr. - Consultant & Senior Business Analyst
As both a
consultant and business analyst for TBR
Strategies, Robert brings a broad range
of experiences
in the
technical and operational arenas. Robert
is skilled in root cause analysis, problem
solving, and implementing best practices
to improve overall process efficiency. As
operations manager, he manages all office
support practices and supervises support
personnel in their duties.
Robert’s technical experience includes roles as a field operations specialist in network operations and industrial engineering, network manager for a telecommunications company, and crew leader for a radar tracking simulator for the United States Air Force. While working with Central Office Engineered Service Measures (COESM) at BellSouth, Robert managed time study databases and time and motion study templates. He was a member of the COESM implementation team, Change Control Board, and multiple process improvement teams, and performed field operational reviews to locate new best practices and identify and correct business rule deviations and work habit inefficiencies.
Robert is experienced in leading and managing teams and is accomplished at training subordinates, peers, and superiors. He brings strong skills in project management, budget control, project implementation, and cross-functional team environments. As a manager of maintenance and operations for BellSouth, Robert led and trained technicians through the operational change process to implement both performance and process improvement systems.
He has designed and implemented several software tools, including applications for help desk, quality assurance, and financial and personnel management functions. Robert holds a pending patent for a Central Office Wire Spool Mount developed to improve worker safety.
Robert is Management System and Operating Control (MSOC) trained and holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He has completed extensive training in team facilitation, industrial engineering practices, TPR coordination, 5S implementation, training and instructing, and change agent practices.

Sherry A. Gregoire - Senior Consultant
Sherry Gregoire brings 30 years of experience in equipment operation, equipment maintenance, and management to her role as a consultant.
At Shell Oil Company, Sherry worked her way from a roustabout – where she maintained and repaired pumping units and other equipment – to operations foreman at multiple oil and gas production facilities. At Shell, Sherry worked in all aspects of engineering, maintenance and operations, including overseeing gravel-packing, developing reconditioning and reconstruction worksheets, conducting a steam foam pilot project, and supervising a $5 million oil spill clean-up effort.
At Aera Energy, California’s largest oil and gas producer, Sherry served as a Process Specialist, supervising plant operations of Aera’s steam generators, water plant, oil dehydration plant, and cogeneration units. She has also provided oversight to maintenance operations at several facilities. She also supervised all operations on an offshore platform while at Shell.
As TPR Coordinator for Aera Energy, she coordinated company-wide Total Process Reliability (TPR) efforts. She was instrumental in establishing Aera’s Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) philosophy, developing TPR/TPM programs and training requirements. Sherry organized TPR activities in multiple field locations and conducted field audits, increasing acceptance and support for TPR initiatives throughout Aera.
Sherry holds degrees in Petroleum Technology and Business Management, in addition to specialized training and expertise in TPR coordination, planning and scheduling, change management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), root cause failure analysis (RCFA) process of Cause Mapping, and standards development.

Enrique Mora - Senior Consultant
Senior Consultant Enrique Mora brings more than 30 years experience
analyzing, designing, and implementing numerous improvement projects and
transitions into World Class Manufacturing Systems. Enrique is a certified Lean
Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Reliability Consultant whose clients have
included Ford Motor Company Mexico, Unilever, NASSCO, Herbalife, Sundance
Jacuzzi, Baxter, FANALCA-Colombia, Monsanto, Wrigley's, Du-Pont-DAK Americas,
Barrick Gold Peru, Dynasol Petrochemicals-Altamira Mexico, Hoffman-Steelcase,
Metaldyne, and Petrocel Temex.
In addition to implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in over 100
operations, Enrique serves as a technical advisor for Lean Manufacturing
implementation and sustainability, workflow improvement, set-up time reduction,
and other world-class improvement efforts. He has implemented process
improvement (Lean Manufacturing), including TPM efforts, across nine countries
for multiple manufacturers in a wide variety of industries.
During his career, Enrique has held the positions of maintenance engineer,
plant engineering manager, and senior consultant. As a professional trainer, he
has conducted over 100 bilingual (English-Spanish) public seminars and several
hundred in-house seminars, as well as numerous training courses for senior
executives, managers, supervisors, and hourly personnel in America, Mexico,
Central and South America, and Africa. Over forty of his articles are published
in maintenance and manufacturing magazines and he has authored numerous training
manuals in the field of maintenance and reliability. Enrique is a certified
facilitator/instructor for Lean Manufacturing strategies and Impact-Training. He
also founded and maintains six industry websites: TPMonline.com,
PapaKaizen.com, LeanExpertise.com,
EventoKaizen.com, ManagementThroughLeadership.com,
and CMMSWorld.com.
Enrique studied Mechanical Engineering at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional
of México. He continued his education with several professional development
courses at various universities and institutes. From 2003 to 2008 he served as a
Senior Consultant for California Manufacturing Technology. Currently, Enrique is
Membership Chair for the San Diego chapter of the Society of Manufacturing
Engineers.

David Fritz - Senior Consultant for TBR Strategies.
Dave Fritz is an experienced maintenance and project manager with over 38 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and production. As a
Maintenance Project Manager for Corning Inc., he assisted in the development of a new trades agreement where he managed a group of surplus trades people working with
outside contractors.
Dave was instrumental in forming and leading Corning's "Maintenance Network." The sixteen-year old network of Corning maintenance and engineering staff
developed the Corning’s Maintenance Model, held annual conferences to share maintenance systems and technology corporate wide, and conducted maintenance audits
focused on maintenance excellence. As a result of those successes, Dave was asked to present at numerous internal and external conferences. As a
Maintenance Manager, Dave has also supervised the implementation of CMMS, storeroom improvement and preventive and predictive maintenance systems working towards a
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) environment.
At Corning, Dave also worked as a production supervisor in Finishing and Forming and as a department head of Process Machine Maintenance in a hot glass and
ceramics plant. He worked on maintenance measures and job change reductions for various departments, which resulted in long-term improvements (reduced job change
time up to 50%). He also served as a general foreman of the plants' maintenance department, where he worked on maintenance redesign with a team of maintenance
mechanics, trade union representatives and supervisors to develop and improve efficiency.
In addition to his departmental responsibilities, Dave served for fifteen years as a maintenance representative on the Corning Apprentice Council, where he
assisted in the process of condensing numerous crafts into two major crafts, electrical and mechanical.
Dave received recognition for his long career in maintenance at Corning by being awarded the honor of Senior Associate. He has been a member of the
American Institute for Total Productive Maintenance for eight years and a member of the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Management Conference for ten
years. ^
