Instructor with a strong operations- and distribution-based background. Expertise includes growth
management, strategic planning, turnarounds, policy development, safety, environmental, engineering,
employee relations, customer service, product design, development, VMI/JIT program, procurement,
foreign operations, capital planning, due diligence, real estate and facility rationalization, production and
inventory management, quality, profit and cash flow management, and new business development.

Mr. Foskey holds a BS in Business from John Carroll University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance
from Loyola College in Maryland. He is certified in purchasing management (CPM), Production and
Inventory Control (CPIM), and Integrated Resource Management (CIRM). He has served in various
capacities and spoken at groups including the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AICHE), Society
of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
