Chris Ingalls currently holds position of Process Analyst at TBR Strategies and has been at TBR going on
3 years. With a total of 10 years of experience in making companies more efficient and perform better.

Chris has worked with many companies designing and creating Preventive Maintenance practices and
manuals. Chris has performed data analysis, created Process Guides, process flow diagrams and created
ground up performance improvement systems for several financial institutions.

Chris has worked with many companies utilizing TPM/TPR, LEAN and other systems to facilitate those
companies to strive in becoming better and operating more efficiently. Inventory capturing and
standardizing operator care as well as task management, has lead to strides in those industries. Other skill
sets include effectiveness audits, equipment improvement teams, and 5S events. Chris has also created
and implemented Balanced Score Cards and interactive dashboards.
