Mr. Ingalls is the President/CEO for TBR  Strategies LLC, a Raleigh-based maintenance  and reliability
consulting firm.  With over  thirty-seven years experience as  a  maintenance and reliability consultant
he  has  analyzed, designed and implemented  numerous organizational improvement  projects and
change efforts for companies  such as Shell, Unilever, Lockheed Martin,  Mobil Chemical, Skanska,
Bayer, Monsanto,  Roche, Pillsbury, Corning, Occidental  Petroleum and Texas Instruments. In the last
ten years he has worked exclusively with construction companies and oil and gas producers.


In 2003 and 2004, he led maintenance improvement (Total Process Reliability) efforts across seven
countries for Royal Dutch Shell. During his career, he held the positions of millwright, maintenance
engineer, manufacturing engineer, engineering manager, director of training, internal change agent
and human resources manager. Early in his career he led several maintenance departments by serving
as maintenance engineer, maintenance supervisor, and maintenance manager.


In addition to implementing Total Process Reliability (TPR) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
and in over 270 operations across 26 countries, he has conducted over 160 public seminars and 420
in-house seminars as well as numerous training courses for senior executives, managers, supervisors,
and hourly personnel in locations ranging from Europe to Asia to the Middle East. He has published over
thirty plus articles and is a contributing editor to six trade publications.

Mr. Ingalls is a certified facilitator/instructor for Balanced Scorecard Strategic Planning and has served
as adjunct faculty at the University of Virginia and North Carolina State University. He has presented at
over twenty conferences, and has authored numerous training manuals in the field of maintenance and
reliability.


Mr. Ingalls has led the improvement efforts at several organizations that would and have gone on to
win the North American Maintenance Excellence (NAME) Award in 2002 and 2004, and one that won the
construction industry’s Fleet Masters Award for fleet maintenance excellence in 2004 and 2009.

Mr. Ingalls holds an AAS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, a BS degree in Engineering Operations,
and a MS degree in Organizational Development. He is a member of the Association for Equipment
Management Professionals, Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, the International
Association for Drilling Contractors and the Association of Energy Service Companies.
