TBR Strategies LLC was founded in April 2004.  The principal, Preston Ingalls, had served as the president for another maintenance consulting firm for five years with a total of sixteen years of service with that company prior to leaving to start his own firm.  The principal has over 37 years of experience in the field.

The name TBR Strategies was chosen with TBR standing for Team-Based Reliability. The company was chartered by filing Articles of Organization with the State of North Carolina in April 2004 as a Limited Liabilities Corporation.

The primary services are consulting and training in the area of maintenance and reliability in the and oil and gas, highway construction and pharmaceutical industries.
